The Black Alien Project has undergone a labret scalpelling procedure, and now has a huge 20mm (2cm!) glass plug underneath his bottom lip.
The design of the plug means that his lower teeth are now visible through his skin at all times - showing off how pointed they are after he had them filed and sharpened.
He debuted his latest, painful, body mod on December 7th 2021, after undergoing the facial surgery in Mexico. It comes just weeks after he had two fingers removed, leaving him with an alien claw right hand.
The labret scalpelling was done by Gato Body Art, who shared an image of Black Alien with the new piercing on their Instagram page.
The jewellery itself was made by mictlanmazatl, who was also very proud of his design and grateful to Gato and Alien, who meant they got to see it in situ.
