Kalaca Skull: 'I chopped my nose off, my genitals are next!'

Kalaca Skull's transformation isn't over yet, inset: him before the ops

Kalaca Skull must be a glutton for pain. Not content with chopping off his own nose to look like a skull, he now wants to slice off his genitals to become a human skeleton. We find out more about Eric Yeiner Hincapié Ramírez's motivations and his ambitious plans to become a living 'rotting corpse'.

A Colombian man has chopped off his NOSE to achieve his dream of looking like a human skull.

Tattoo artist Eric Yeiner Hincapié Ramírez, 24, has undergone a slew of extreme and irreversible procedures to live his life inside out, well, from the neck up.

He started his bonehead journey when he was 20, explaining in an interview he became obsessed with the idea of transforming himself when his mother had passed away when he was 12.

Kalaca also has a scarified pentagram on his chest

It seems that the devastating loss has had a traumatic effect on him. He said: "I would like to be buried two metres underground, I feel like being beside dead people.

"It is like being in peace, in harmony, that there is not so much pain."

There has been plenty of pain achieving his dream look. He has not only had the tip of his nose surgically removed, but he had his ears sliced off, too.

Despite his terrifying appearance, he is still a hit with the ladies

He had his sclera tattooed, meaning that the whites of his eyes are now coloured black, giving him a soulless vibe.

Like a lizard, he had his tongue split in two - and inked a corpse-esque blue-grey - and he has had teeth tattooed on his lips and across his cheeks to give himself a permanent jack o’lantern grimace.

He has also had the hollows of his eyes and his cheeks shaded to give a sunken, haunted look, and has a shaved head to show off his collection of head tattoos.

In an interview with Colombian media, Kalaca Skull said that despite his hellish look, he is still human - and his striking look is no worse than a woman with fake boobs.

He said: "Body modifications are a personal decision and should not be judged.

"It is like judging a woman for getting breast or buttock implants. For me, a skull is like my sister, a part of my family really, I feel very attached to them.

"I am a normal person who just happens to look a lot different than most other people.

'It's like a different way of thinking, of dressing, a different style of music. I just feel good the way I am."

He has also inked the whites of his eyes black, making him look undead

The dad-of-one has also claimed that he wants his genitals surgically removed so he can be “totally flat” like a rotting skeleton.

"We all are the same. No matter if you are a boy, a girl, a man or an elderly man, we are always the same: a skeleton."

Last month we introduced you to extreme body modifier The Black Alien, who is on a mission to morph from handsome Frenchman to terrifying freak.
